Effective October 20, 2026 · HomeScan is a service of Bizzy Cube LLC.

1. Using HomeScan

HomeScan helps you understand, plan and document home repairs, designs and remodels. You must be 18 or older and give accurate account information.

2. Not professional advice

HomeScan’s answers, designs, measurements, estimates and claim coaching are automated and can be wrong. They are not professional, engineering, legal or insurance advice. For safety issues, structural, electrical or gas work, or anything requiring a permit, use a licensed professional. You decide what work to do and who to hire.

3. Plans and payments

Some features are free; others come with a plan. Prices and allowances are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and the App Store or Google Play handles billing and refunds under their rules.

4. Your content

You own your photos and documents. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide HomeScan to you.

5. Ending · limits

You can delete your account anytime. HomeScan is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Arizona law governs these terms.
